Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Positive Path Candles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
